Guidelines & Age Criteria - 2026-27-EVENING SESSION

Seats will be filled on first come first serve basis (Priority to Siblings)
All seats will be filled as MOEHE and CBSE guidelines
Confirmation is subject to availability of Documents & Seats
Shortlisted candidates will be notified for document verification and the admission test.
No Walk-in admissions – Online application only.

Age will be calculated as on 30th September 2026 (Academic year)

Document Requirements

Before registration, ensure all that documents are ready for upload in PDF format (each file less than 1 MB)

1. Valid QID copies of the student and both parents
2. Valid Passport copies of the student and both parents
3. Copy of child's immunization record
4. Birth Certificate
5. MOFA-Attested Mark Sheet of the previous class (Class 2 onwards, for students who studied abroad)
6. TC (Transfer Certificate) countersigned by education board (Other than CBSE)
7. Qatar national address (From Metrash)
8. Parent employment letter (From Metrash/Email)
9. Parent's undertaking (Download from application form)

At Application Time:
Points 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 & 8 are mandatory

By 15 days from the date of admission:
Points 5 & 6 (with undertaking)

IMPORTANT: Document Submission Guidelines

MOFA-Attested Mark List and Transfer Certificate (TC) are compulsory for admission (if documents are not available at the time of admission, a Term/Provisional Mark List may be uploaded along with an Undertaking)

MOFA Submission Deadline:

For admissions before May 31st – Submit within 15 days of admission.
For admissions from June 1st onwards – Submission is mandatory at the time of application.

(All pending documents must be submitted before the deadline, failing which the admission may be cancelled)

All admissions are PROVISIONAL subject to MOEHE and CBSE approval
