Ideal Indian School is thrilled to celebrate the remarkable achievement of Master Sahal Faisal, a student of Class XII-C, who represented the Qatar National Handball Team at the 1st Asian Men’s U-17 Handball Championship 2025 in Amman, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. With outstanding performances throughout the tournament, Sahal helped lead the Qatar National Team to the semifinals with impressive victories against China (38–34), Saudi Arabia (27–23), Jordan (32–25), and Kuwait (26–22). His dedication and skill were key to the team’s success, contributing significantly to their overall performance.
As a result of this historic accomplishment, Sahal has earned a spot to represent Qatar in the U-17 Handball World Cup, set to take place in Morocco in October 2025. This achievement is a proud moment for his family, school, and the entire student community at Ideal Indian School. The Principal, Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb, along with the Heads of Sections and the Department of Physical Education, extends their heartfelt congratulations to Sahal for bringing pride to the school and the nation.
